Who we are

For the Cause Festival (“we”, “us”) is a small music festival. These terms apply to your attendance and any services we provide in connection with the event.

Ticketing (Humanitix)

Tickets are sold via Humanitix. All purchases, refunds, name changes, and booking fees are governed by Humanitix’s terms. Your ticketing contract is with Humanitix. Please review their policies before buying.

Entry & conduct

• Valid ID may be required for entry. Under-18s: please follow the published policy.
• We may refuse entry or remove anyone for safety, illegal behavior, harassment, or breach of venue rules.
• Bag checks may apply. Prohibited items include illegal substances, weapons, glass, fireworks, drones, and any item banned by the venue.

Program changes

Lineup, schedule, and site plans may change. Refunds for change of mind or lineup changes are not offered unless required by applicable law or Humanitix policy.

Weather & force majeure

The event runs rain or shine. If we must cancel, postpone, or significantly change the event due to weather, safety, government directives, or other factors outside our control, remedies will follow applicable consumer laws and/or Humanitix policies.

Recording & media

Attendees may be photographed or filmed. By entering, you consent to reasonable use of your image for festival promotion. Commercial filming requires prior approval.

Liability

You attend at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss, injury, or damage arising from attendance, except where required by consumer law. You are responsible for your personal belongings.

Health & safety

Follow all safety directions, signage, and any public health requirements in effect at the time of the event.
